Project scope:
- Perform advanced customizing and development within the CRM/S/4HANA environment.
- Refactor legacy code, incorporating unit tests, replacing outdated modifications with suitable alternatives, and migrating functionality from CRM to S/4HANA where applicable.
- Implement modification adjustments within the Service Delivery area as part of regular technical upgrades.
- Ensure a deep alignment with Service Delivery processes to provide optimal solutions for end users.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in CRM Customizing & Enhancements (BADIs, Event Framework)
- Proficiency in ABAP Objects and SAP UI5 development
- Experience with Business Technology Platform (Cloud Foundry), API Management, and JavaScript
- Ability to perform modification adjustments and support Service Delivery Business Processes
