About the project

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Java Developer with expertise in Angular to become part of an innovative project within the banking sector. Joining our team means contributing to the development of a key Cash Management application built on a modern technology stack. This role offers the chance not only to expand your knowledge and skills but also to actively participate in technical discussions and decision-making processes. You will collaborate with a dynamic, multicultural, and globally distributed team, and benefit from comprehensive support throughout your onboarding journey.

Your responsibilities

• Developing backend and frontend components of the application
• Analysing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Supporting System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing phases
• Conducting code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Designing and documenting technical solutions, including creating test cases
• Participating in Scrum ceremonies and Agile processes
• Engaging in technical discussions and contributing to solution design
• Demonstrating proactivity and taking initiative in solving challenges
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues across different teams and locations

Our requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer with Angular
• Strong skills in Java and Spring Framework for backend development
• Solid experience with Angular (latest versions preferred) for frontend development
• Ability to perform requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Proficiency in creating technical designs, test cases, and conducting code reviews
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Openness to commuting to the office in Warsaw or Kraków 2 days a week
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
