VIP has a number of ready-to-market features and integrations, and is fully customizable to meet customer’s particular needs. It is used by financial, insurance, and medical areas around the world, including North and South America and Europe. It enables to schedule a meeting with customer, not asking him to download any additional app, localize him via GPS, test customer’s connection, draw on screen using annotations, perform recording, inbound and outbound calls. Additionally, our application integrates with external terminals available to the banks customers, which presents us with further technological challenges in working with hardware.
