We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI to join our customers team. The person in this role will design and implement full-stack applications, AI agents, and platform components while leading architectural decisions and mentoring peers. This position involves close collaboration with product, UX, and domain experts to deliver measurable customer outcomes leveraging modern AI technologies.
responsibilities :
Design and develop full-stack solutions including AI agents and platform components.
Create developer tooling, continuous integration and deployment pipelines, and observability systems to enable secure and efficient iteration.
Apply secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) and privacy-by-design principles throughout development processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product management, user experience, and domain experts to achieve defined customer goals.
Implement advanced LLM techniques such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), routing, tool integration, and evaluation to enhance quality, trust, and cost efficiency.
Provide technical leadership by driving architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and managing larger initiatives within the team.
requirements-expected :
8+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
Strong full-stack development skills, particularly with React and Node.js frameworks.
Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Expertise in at least one of the following areas, with proficiency across others:
AI agent development and evaluation
Backend and frontend software development
Cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), quality engineering, and testing strategies
Secure SDLC and privacy-by-design implementation
Demonstrated history of delivering secure, cloud-native systems to production environments.
Strong problem-solving capabilities, ownership mindset, and effective communication skills.
