Role Overview:

We are looking for a brilliant and highly motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer who is passionate about technology and making an impact. You will work on the core processing system of our application, revolutionizing the way audio and video is recorded.

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for embedding enterprise-focused features throughout our platform, including user management, the studio, and the editor. This role involves working primarily with Node.js and React, utilizing AWS for cloud services and MongoDB for data management. The developer will also extensively use Nest.js to write microservices. Key tasks include designing and implementing new features and ensuring they are seamlessly integrated across all parts of the platform to enhance the overall user experience.

What you bring to the table:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
2. 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
3. 3+ years software development experience with React
4. Proven expertise in Node.js and Javascript
5. Experience with MongoDB
6. Experience with workflow systems such as Cadence or Temporal is a significant advantage
7. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and AWS
8. Proficiency in Git, CI/CD, and automated testing
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and optimize complex systems
10. Excellent communication and teamwork skills in English, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
11. Strong knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and code quality

Eligibility: Candidates must have a valid Polish work visa or permit; this position does not include sponsorship for work authorization in Poland.
