Must have
- 5–10 years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in React, Java, and HTML with a solid software engineering foundation
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
- Engineering-driven approach to problem-solving and solution design
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- High level of ownership and accountability for assigned components
- Knowledge of FX trading, sales, or banking products
- Experience with financial platforms or trading systems
- Exposure to microservices architecture
- Experience with PostgreSQL databases
- Familiarity with Linux environments
- Fluent English and Polish
