Who are we looking for?

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Full-Stack Engineer with an entrepreneurial mindset to join Docplanners Incubator team. This role offers the chance to drive innovation in healthcare technology through experimentation and rapid prototyping.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the business team, including VPs and Directors.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using PHP (Laravel/Symfony) for the backend and Vue.js for frontend development.
• Experiment with AI and emerging technologies to prototype innovative solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to validate hypotheses and deliver MVPs.
• Contribute to greenfield projects, ensuring clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform development decisions.
• Embrace a fail-fast, learn-fast mentality.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.

What will help you thrive?

• Minimum of 5 years working on web applications, focusing on full-stack development.
• Strong knowledge of backend development using PHP (Laravel/Symfony).
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, and web services.
• Familiarity with tools such as GIT, SASS, Yarn, Webpack, and NPM.
• Proficient in relational and NoSQL databases.
• Comfortable working in Agile teams.
• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
• High level of ownership and accountability.
• Experience with DevOps and containerization.
• Familiarity with designing scalable distributed cloud systems.
• Experience with TDD, DDD, and extreme programming practices.
• Interest in the business aspects of projects.
