We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Data and Insights Technology team, which is responsible for global reporting and analytics across business, technology, and transformation operations. Our mission is to enable effective decision-making through accurate and relevant data insights, covering financial management, manpower planning, delivery tracking, and service resilience.
You will work on designing, developing, and implementing web-based applications, supporting the migration of reporting suites to the cloud, and mentoring team members during technology stack transitions.

Design, develop, test, and implement web-based applications independently and as part of a cross-country team.
Support the migration of the current reporting suite from vendor BI technology to cloud-based solutions.
Mentor and guide team members, facilitating smooth technology stack changes.
Follow IT development methodologies and security standards, ensuring adherence to coding best practices and documentation requirements.

Proven experience delivering large-scale web applications in full-stack roles with microservices-based architecture.
Excellent knowledge of Java (Java 17+), Spring/Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
Strong front-end expertise with ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products.
Experience working with relational databases/data warehouses (e.g., PostgreSQL, BigQuery, AlloyDB).
Familiarity with Git and SCM systems (e.g., GitHub).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
