If you have a solid technical background and proven leadership experience, this is your chance to contribute to exciting, cutting-edge initiatives and grow within a dynamic team! responsibilities : Provide technical expertise and ensure delivery quality and performance Lead and mentor engineers to support their growth and career development Collaborate with developers, Agilists, stakeholders, and designers to build exceptional applications Build confidence in project delivery through automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and analytics Implement Dev Ops practices to automate the delivery pipeline requirements-expected : Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Front-end (e.g., React.js, Angular Js, Flutter, React-Native) and Back-end (e.g., Node.js, Java 21, Spring boot 3, Python) development Experience in interviewing and leading a development team Proficient in Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD, and XP Excellent knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases Knowledge of TDD/DDD techniques Excellent knowledge of the REST standard Willing to work using English (B2/C1) Ability to conduct unit tests offered : Long-term contract Interesting, challenging tasks in a system used by a large number of users Mostly remote work (1-2 times a week working from the office in Warsaw), Co-financing for luxmed medical care and multisport card, benefits : sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care remote work opportunities flexible working time
