responsibilities :
Collaborate closely with BAs and PMs to design and deliver efficient, scalable software solutions that address complex business challenges.
Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from designing and coding to testing and deploying applications using technologies such as JavaScript, Java, and SQL, (focusing on the front-end side, preferably using React).
Create and maintain cloud-native services on Azure, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and secure.
Utilize Kafka to implement event-driven architectures that enhance system responsiveness and flexibility.
Develop and maintain comprehensive unit and automation tests to uphold high standards of quality and reliability in the software.
Contribute actively to agile development workflows, participating in daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.
Perform thorough code reviews, offering constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices.
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, particularly in high-stakes, mission-critical environments.
Ensure that applications are built for scalability, observability, and operational resilience, contributing to their long-term success and maintainability.
Enhance testing methodologies and contribute to the evolution of testing frameworks to improve software reliability and efficiency.
requirements-expected :
Min 4+ years of experience in React front-end and Java and Spring backend development.
Min. 4+ years of experience in event-driven architecture development, with a strong focus on Kafka.
Hands-on experience with Azure or other major cloud platforms (AWS, or GCP).
Experience with other frontend frameworks, eg. Angular.
Proficiency in SQL Server.
Familiarity with Snowflake for data warehousing solutions.
Understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Experience in developing high-performance, multi-tiered database applications.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases (RDBMS).
Ability to solve complex business and technical problems and develop efficient software solutions.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience working in a scrum team.
