The Job

• Functionality Area 1 - Request Management for Lab Materials
• Materials Search form based on items coming from 3 fulfillment systems
• Materials selection and order submission
• Tracking of the order fulfillment
• Systems integration: 3 fulfillment systems through the Mulesoft middleware API layer
• Functionality Area 2 - Lab Equipment Management
• Systems integration: internal GRID application (AWS) for instrument master data through the Mulesoft middleware API layer
• General functionalities:
• Import of items for Materials Search (around 10mln)
• Configuration of Zing engine for search and full-text search
• Workflows configuration
• Email notification configuration
• Systems integration via APIs (both outgoing and incoming)
• MVP with one lab in Germany, a couple of hundred users
• Develop and maintain Now Modern Apps using ServiceNow Studio.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNows data model and table structures.
• Experience in bringing external data to ServiceNow using different methods (APIs, files etc)
• Understanding of ServiceNow search engine Zing configuration
• Experience with ServiceNows Glide API for server-side scripting.
• Ability to create and manage ServiceNow workflows and business rules.
• Experience in developing ServiceNow integration capabilities using REST APIs

The Profile

• You have at least 8 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Industrial and Healthcare & Lifesciences.
• You have working knowledge of ServiceNow, Mulesoft and API
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
