To collaborate with a team of remote and hybrid engineers to design, build, and optimize scalable features for a rapidly growing SaaS platform built on Laravel (backend) and React.js (frontend);
To contribute to key architectural decisions, develop reusable APIs and UI components, and ensure best-in-class user experience for thousands of global users.
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on professional experience;
Over 6 years of practical experience working with Laravel and React;
Solid background in developing applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, HTML5, CSS, and MySQL 8;
Proven experience in mentoring engineers and supporting their professional development;
Hands-on collaboration within large, cross-functional engineering teams;
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders;
Demonstrated experience leading technical initiatives and coordinating teams of 3+ engineers;
Strong passion for usability, user experience, and clean, elegant UI design;
Curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn, exchange ideas, and share knowledge across teams;
Strong advocate of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and CI/CD pipelines;
Experience working in product-driven organizations with multiple product and engineering teams;
Proven ability to drive engineering initiatives with impact across teams or the broader organization;
