• You will work in a mid-sized team which is tasked with the development of Spendworx, our web-based app for businesses to optimize their marketing budgets. Our tool helps users process, analyze and visualize data, and to use prediction and optimization algorithms to make better marketing decisions. As a member of the development team, you will contribute to the evolution of software which is being used by some of the most prominent European and global companies.

• Demonstrate proper technical and professional skills, backed by 4+ years of experience
• Work closely with other developers, QA engineers and app delivery team
• Independently lead the technical design and implementation of assigned development initiatives, in alignment with product owners and the QA team
• Play an active role in shaping the team’s coding practices and internal workflows
• Write high quality, well-performing, maintainable code and support others in doing the same by performing code reviews and engaging in team discussions
• Work effectively using branching, containerization, operating a ci/cd pipeline, automated tests, staging environments, etc.
• Have a very good knowledge of web fundamentals
• Be open to explore and mix technologies to build modern web applications
• Communicate well in spoken and written English

• Some of the technologies and tools that we’re working with:
• Angular (v19), Python/Django, Postgres, Nginx, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Linux, Docker, Drone, Selenium.
• Originally the app was written mostly in R/Shiny and we are well advanced in the process of migrating it to the new tech stack. Some familiarity with R/Shiny will be an advantage but is not necessary for this role.
• We will also appreciate working experience with cloud deployments and services, especially in a provider-agnostic manner.
