responsibilities :
Design and develop scalable AI-native enterprise platforms using modern full stack technologies.
Build and maintain backend services and APIs with Node.js in a GCP environment.
Collaborate on frontend development using React and micro-frontend architecture.
Integrate AI capabilities such as LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent-based systems into enterprise workflows.
Develop and optimize SaaS connectors and data pipelines for intelligent automation.
Ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability across the platform.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps strategy, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Work closely with product teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
Participate in cross-functional engineering initiatives and architectural decisions.
requirements-expected :
6+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong backend and full stack skills.
Proficiency in Node.js and React ecosystem.
Hands-on experience with GCP services (Cloud Run, BigQuery, GCS).
Solid understanding of API design, middleware, and authentication flows (OAuth2, SSO).
Familiarity with micro-frontends and module federation concepts.
Experience integrating AI models and workflows into production systems.
Strong grasp of software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
Collaborative mindset with ability to work across teams and disciplines.
Passion for building innovative, AI-driven solutions in enterprise contexts.
Strong communication skills in English (German or Polish are a plus).
