We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Java Developer to join our Latvia-based engineering team while working from Poland in a hybrid model (Katowice, Warszawa, Gdynia, Szczecin). You’ll collaborate daily with a fully remote team, with the flexibility to work from home and our Poland offices. To help you get started smoothly, we’ll invite you to a company-paid, two-week on-site onboarding in Latvia, where you’ll meet the team and get familiar with our products and processes.

responsibilities :
Development of Sapiens projects and products through the entire software development lifecycle (initiation, coding, testing, delivery, support)
Meeting timeline and quality objectives,
Lead tasks from gathering requirements to technical analysis and implementation,
Mentor junior team members,
Coordinate and interact with all relevant parties (e.g., PM, BA, Manager, QA, and customer) in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
