We are a growing team of over 100 IT specialists, including Developers, DevOps Engineers, Testers, Project Managers, Architects, and Analysts. We work in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and our development is built on the React ecosystem.

Team/project/product:

The team is an interdisciplinary group of five people. The technologies owned and developed within the team include React, PHP/Go, manual testing, and automated testing.
The team is responsible for delivering the offers listing to customers — a key part of the customer journey that enables users to search for and compare multiple offers. The teams work has a direct impact on C1 (first conversion).
In addition to delivering business initiatives, the teams goal is to ensure high performance of the web service listings on both desktop and mobile, with a particular focus on mobile performance.

• Advanced JavaScript (ES6+), including design patterns​
• Deep understanding of asynchronous programming (event loop, promises, async/await)
• Browser performance optimization techniques
• Strong TypeScript expertise
• Designing scalable type architectures for large codebases
• Best practices for TS in monorepos or multi‑module environments
• React expert-Level Skills
• Rendering optimization (memoization, useCallback, useMemo)
• State management solutions such as Redux
• Deep Knowledge of Next.js
• App Router & Server Components
• SSR, SSG, ISR, API Routes, Server Actions
• Backend integration through REST
• Front‑End Architecture (designing modular, scalable application architecture)
• Standards for code quality, structure, and engineering practices
• Familiarity with microfrontends (optional but valuable)
• Quality Assurance & Testing (Unit testing with Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library)
• Backend Integration (Working with REST, WebSockets)
• Authentication/authorization handling (OAuth, JWT, Next.js middleware)
• API contract validation and integration patterns
• DevOps for Front‑End (CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD)
• Nice to have: 
• Databases (SQL, NoSQL)
• Programming languages (e.g. PHP, GoLang)
