Compensation

• We offer only employment contracts (PL: Umowa o pracę / UoP) and a hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.
• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
• Base salary range — starting from 21.000 PLN gross per month.

What will help you succeed

• 7+ years of experience in developing web-based software using JavaScript/TypeScript
• Technical studies related to Software Engineering or equivalent experience
• Proficient with core Web APIs and technologies like HTML and CSS
• Excellent fundamental knowledge of React.js and its ecosystem
• Strong focus on software quality, performance, and clean architecture
• Team player with a proactive approach
• Familiar with working in an agile environment
• Good English communication

,[You will be working in a cloud-native environment with TypeScript and React.js while leveraging the whole toolbox of other technologies to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code., You will be working on Dynatrace Platform and AppEngine, contributing to both UI and core “backend of frontend” components powering our microfrontends setup., You will be working with highly skilled engineers who prioritize teamwork, utilizing collaborative practices such as pair programming to build software end-to-end, including debugging, testing, and fixing.
