We are looking for a Senior Frontend Lead to take ownership of frontend architecture and drive the development of scalable, high performance web applications in a product oriented Agile environment. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership and architectural decision making.
You will work closely with product and engineering stakeholders to shape frontend standards, ensure technical consistency, and support the long term evolution of the platform.
responsibilities :
Define and evolve frontend architecture across web applications
Provide technical leadership and mentor frontend engineers
Design and implement scalable Single Page Applications using React
Drive best practices in code quality, performance, and maintainability
Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, backend engineers, and QA
Review technical solutions and support key architectural decisions
Identify and address performance bottlenecks and stability issues
Contribute throughout the full development lifecycle from concept to production
requirements-expected :
8+ years of experience in frontend development
Proven experience in a technical leadership role, guiding and mentoring frontend engineers
Strong expertise in React and modern JavaScript ES6 or newer (5+ years)
Experience building and maintaining SPA applications with state management
Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
Experience designing scalable and maintainable frontend solutions
Familiarity with Node.js in frontend related workflows
Experience working in Agile environments and with Git based workflows
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
