Who are we:

We are the AI Assistant team, a project in Docplanner working on bringing cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology into the hands of hundreds of thousands of doctors all around the world.

What does the AI Assistant do:

The AI Assistant is an artificial intelligence tool designed to assist doctors and medical professionals in automating the note-taking process during patient consultations, organizing and summarizing key medical information.

It captures the audio from doctors’ microphone (either from computer or mobile phone) when they talk to the patient. What you get is not a full transcription, but a structured, detailed summary, adjusted to doctors’ preferred template/layout.

What is the current status of AI Assistant:

At the moment, AI Assistant is in the Open Beta stage. However, it’s already been used in more than 65k appointments and we’ve processed over 1.5M minutes up-to-date.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Developer with expertise in Angular to join the AI Assistant team at Docplanner. The ideal candidate will lead the development of high-quality web applications, provide technical leadership, and drive best practices in front-end development.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop scalable, robust, and maintainable web applications using Angular.
2. Lead the architecture and frontend development of new features and components.
3. Strong entrepreneurial mindset, there is no challenge big enough for you.
4. Take full ownership and responsibility for the whole project, not only your own code.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to define feature specifications and deliver high-quality solutions.
6. Implement responsive and adaptive designs to ensure the application is compatible across various devices and platforms.
7. Optimize application performance to deliver a seamless user experience.
8. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices in Angular development.
9. Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
10. Stay updated with the latest developments in web technologies and Angular frameworks to incorporate into the project as appropriate.
11. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

What will help you thrive?

1. 7+ years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on Angular.
2. Strong understanding of Angular framework and its core principles such as components, reactivity, and the module system.
3. Experience with the latest Angular versions and new features such as standalone components, signals, the new control flow syntax...
4. Experience with RESTful APIs and application state management using services like RxJS, NgRx, NGXS…
5. Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools such as Angular CLI, Webpack, and npm.
6. Knowledge of CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS or LESS.
7. Understanding of accessibility and security compliance.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
10. Experience with other frameworks like React or Vue.js is a plus.
11. You have good knowledge of transport protocols.
12. Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
13. Experience in Agile/Scrum development process.

Let’s talk money

• A salary adequate to your experience and skills. The range is broad so that we can accommodate our roles for all levels of experience, but we will show you the career ladder to explain where we see your skills and impact within the company. Your salary will be, now and always, 100% transparent to you;
• For B2B contract: between 18.000 and 24.500 PLN net + VAT monthly, or company cost equivalent on employment contract;
• after 6 months of working with us.
