We are looking for a Front-End Developer to lead the development of high-quality, secure, and scalable front-end components for our globally distributed product. You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional user experience across web applications. Collaborating closely with a team of software developers and QA engineers, you will drive projects to completion on time and within budget, while maintaining adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Twoje zadania

• Designing, developing, and maintaining responsive user interfaces using Angular and other front-end technologies, ensuring compatibility across various devices and browsers
• Collaborating with UX/UI designers to translate visual designs and wireframes into functional front-end code, enhancing the overall user experience
• Conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers, promoting adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance the performance and security of front-end applications
• Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Identifying and troubleshooting user interface issues, ensuring smooth and bug-free performance across all platforms
• Working closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between server-side and front-end systems
• Participating in the agile development process, attending sprint planning meetings, and providing accurate estimations for tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Over 12 years of experience in front-end development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable web applications
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, particularly Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of modern web development practices and frameworks
• Experience with cloud hosting services, specifically AWS, and expertise in integrating back-end systems, including working with C# and MVC architectures
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex issues and implement efficient solutions both independently and within a collaborative team setting
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively explain technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding across teams
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required
• Openness to a hybrid work model – presence in the office 2–3 times per week is mandatory
• Residing in Poland required
