Devire IT Outsourcing is currently seeking an experienced Front-End Developer (React) for an exciting long-term project in the financial services sector. If youre passionate about modern UI technologies and eager to shape the visual experience used across hundreds of enterprise-level applications, we’d love to hear from you!

You will join a highly collaborative and innovative UI Libraries team, responsible for designing and developing scalable component libraries that power web, desktop, tablet, and mobile applications across the organization.

Tech Environment:

• React, TypeScript, Node.js, CSS-in-JS

• Bazel, SSR (e.g. Next.js), PWA, monorepos

• Focus on accessibility (WCAG standards)

• Front-end tooling: Webpack, modern testing libraries

• Attractive B2B contract.

• Hybrid/ onsite work model requiring minimum 4 days per week from a modern and comfortable office in Warsaw.

• Strong command of React (required) and TypeScript

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Analytical thinker with curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Experience with Progressive Web Apps, SSR frameworks (Next.js, Gatsby), or mobile-first development

• Hands-on work with CSS-in-JS, accessibility-first components, and frontend performance optimization

• Familiarity with front-end build systems and testing frameworks
