Architect & Develop Scalable Front-End Solutions
Design and build enterprise-scale UI components for service request workflows and automated fulfillment.
Implement hierarchical service catalog browsing and multi-layered interaction models.
Optimize front-end performance, focusing on load times and rendering efficiency.
Integrate GraphQL and REST APIs for structured workflows and approval routing.
Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and intuitive user experiences.

Lead Technical Innovation & Collaboration
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers on UI components.
Lead system design reviews and UI architecture discussions.
Enhance developer experience with design system optimizations and performance frameworks.
Experiment with new front-end technologies for scalability and real-time execution.
Mentor & Strengthen the Engineering Team
Mentor junior engineers in front-end expertise.
