Contributing to team work planning and task estimation,
Collaborating with other teams within the IT department and with business stakeholders,
Mentoring team members and improving overall team knowledge through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
requirements-expected :
React (min. 5 years of experience, or min. 3 years with proven experience in other major frameworks like Angular, Vue, Svelte),
TypeScript (practical experience),
Next.js experience (SSR, API Routes, data fetching patterns),
Strong collaboration skills - experience working with UX/UI designers and QA in Scrum teams,
Strong communication skills (also in English),
Good self-organization skills.
