Were currently looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our Team in Kraków, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Supports the analysis of business performance versus plan and proposes improvement actions.
• Analyzes financial results and prepares reports for management, external investors and Board of Directors
• Works with management team to understand and analyze drivers of financial performance and identify market trends.
• Prepares financial modeling for various hypotheses and analyzes impact to the organization.
• Supports the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the overall group.
• Validates the accuracy of financial data and business information and reports through reconciliation and review of exceptions.
• Provides information to management by gathering and summarizing data, preparing reports, and making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
• Optimizes their performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, and coordinating information requirements.
• Compiles financial reports based on financial statements and ensures compliance with financial regulations
• Maintains proper audit trail and documentation for future tax/internal/external audits and reviews.
• Implements and ensures compliance with ABB E-Mobility code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies, and processes in their assigned area.
• Ensures integrity and compliance with ABB E-Mobility values and ethics in all activities.
• Demonstrates an understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) terms, concept application, and importance.
• Leads their development journey by seeking knowledge and learning opportunities within the team.
• Manages relationships with stakeholders in their area of responsibility and ensures alignment
