The project is an ongoing initiative to digitalise front-to-back Client Onboarding and Lifecycle workflows for a Tier-1 investment bank covering all segments and geographies. The workflow tool is Flowable, which has deep integration (Java) to the banks core systems. Key skills required are Flowable for workflows and Front end and Java for integration. The objective is to reduce manual work, incorporate where possible AI, and integrate additional back-end capabilities for document generation, data storage, etc.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyse the requirements, business needs and develop business process models based on that.
2. Define main business workflows.
3. Model business processes using Flowable engine.
4. Automate business processes using Flowable tool (BPMN, CMMN, DMN).

Mandatory Skills Description:

1. 5+ years experience in IT.
2. Background/experience in investment banking area.
3. Hands-on experience with Flowable (or other workflow tool/engine).
4. Strong level of BPMN 2.0.
5. Problem-solving on a high level.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

1. MSc in computer science, mathematics, engineering or similar.
2. Background in the finance field and wealth management or client-onboarding field.
3. Requirements elicitation and analysis skills.
