Senior Firmware Engineer

• Designing, developing, and maintaining firmware for embedded systems,
• Collaborating with hardware engineers to define system requirements and functionalities,
• Implementing and optimizing firmware algorithms for performance and efficiency,
• Conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to junior engineers,
• Developing and executing test plans to validate firmware performance and reliability,
• Debugging and troubleshooting firmware issues, both in development and production environments,
• Ensuring firmware compliance with industry standards and best practices,
• Documenting firmware design, test procedures, and results for future reference.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field,
• 5+ years of experience in firmware development or embedded systems engineering,
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C and Python,
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken,
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded software development,
• Familiarity with low-level communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN),
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
