responsibilities :
Analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into detailed technical specifications
Modeling system processes using UML and BPMN notations to optimize workflows
Creating and maintaining comprehensive system documentation to support ongoing development
Collaborating effectively with development teams, testers, and Product Owners within Agile frameworks
Supporting deployment activities and validating solutions to ensure quality standards are met
Identifying and analyzing inter-system dependencies to facilitate smooth integrations
Participating in project meetings, providing valuable insights, and utilizing tools such as Enterprise Architect and JIRA daily
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of experience as a System Analyst within the financial services sector or related fields
Proficiency in UML and BPMN at an intermediate or higher level
Hands-on experience with Enterprise Architect and Agile methodologies
Strong ability to produce detailed system and technical documentation
Basic understanding of system-to-system communication principles
Intermediate-level SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Fluent Polish and good command of English
