About this project

For our customer, an innovator in battery technology based in Europe and North America, we are hiring a team of Finance experts tasked to build robust, scalable processes and manage day-to-day operations, compliance and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and analyze financial models to support key business decisions.
2. Prepare detailed forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
3. Provide actionable insights based on financial performance metrics.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost optimization.
5. Present financial findings to leadership in a clear, concise manner.

Required Skills/Qualifications

1. Proven experience as an FP&A Analyst.
2. Strong financial modeling and forecasting expertise.
3. Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial systems.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
