Senior Financial Operations Analyst – Banking Technology Miejsce pracy: Kraków Technologies we use Operating system Windows Linux About the project As a Senior Financial Operations Analyst – Banking Technology, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution committed to innovation and excellence. Within the Chief Technology Office (CTO), you will support financial activities that enable cutting-edge banking solutions, ensuring efficient management of a multi-billion-dollar cost base. Your insights will directly contribute to the bank’s technological advancement and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities Lead support for annual budget planning, collaborating with stakeholders to align strategic targets with operational plans. Provide proactive tracking and reporting of actuals and forecasts against budgets, identifying and resolving variances, risks, and issues. Monitor forecasting accuracy, suggest improvements, and implement best practices for financial reporting quality. Manage accruals to ensure financial data is current and precise. Contribute to ongoing enhancements of financial processes and governance frameworks. Oversee billing and cost recovery activities, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial operations. Our requirements At least 4 years of experience supporting large, global financial operations. Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices. Proficient reporting, data analysis, and presentation skills. Excellent command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams. Customer-first mindset and strong stakeholder management abilities. Innovative thinking to challenge norms and drive process improvements. Optional Experience within banking or financial services technology environments. Certification in financial management or related fields.
