At Brainhub, you will:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable - coordinate the accounts receivable process to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• Maintain a relationship with customers by communicating openly and addressing any issues or concerns
• Manage processes and cash flows that include mitigating currency risk
• Plan and maintain optimal cash balances, forecast cash requirements, and effectively manage cash receipts
• Liaise with external vendors (such as banks or accounting firms) to ensure smooth financial operations and alignment with the organizations financial strategies and goals
• Provide accurate financial analysis and financial guidance
• Participate in departmental budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare and coordinate annual statutory reports and external audits
• Handle and approve selected payments
• Improve financial and reporting processes

Candidate profile

We are looking for a person who has experience in coordinating the accounts receivable process (minimum 5 years). You also know that there is more to this position than filling out tables and reports, and that understanding the business and nature of the organization is key. You are characterized by strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You are committed to delivering tasks at the highest level and openly share professional opinions.

Good if you:

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a financial controller
• You know and implement best practices in financial controlling and management
• You use Microsoft Excel to an advanced degree
• You are characterized by detail and accuracy in completing tasks
• You can visit our Gliwice office 1-2 times a month
• You communicate fluently in English - at least at the C1 level
• You have experience working with Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio (nice to have)
• You have experience with IP BOX (nice to have)
• You have experience in process automation (nice to have)
