Experienced Senior Financial Controller needed to coordinate financial reporting processes and support global finance teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee financial reporting processes, including preparation of monthly consolidated P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for the Management Board.
- Control and reconcile accounts (bookings, settlements, reconciliations) in line with applicable accounting standards (IFRS/Polish GAAP).
- Work closely with accounting, treasury, and collections teams in Poland and abroad (including Luxembourg and France).
- Analyze budget variances and recommend optimization measures.
- Ensure timeliness and high quality of financial reporting.
- Support and develop the finance team, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial settlements.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller, in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- University degree in Finance, Accounting; additional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, MBA) will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting processes; previous experience as an Accountant will be highly valued.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to present data in a clear and structured way.
- Experience in team collaboration and/or process management.
- Ability to work under pressure and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
