Role: Senior Financial Consultant for D365F&O
Duration: Contract 6 Months initially
Location: Poland (2 days work from office in a month)
We are looking for an experienced D365 F&O Consultant to lead implementation projects focused on financial and accounting processes. You will work closely with clients to analyze their business needs, configure the system, and ensure smooth deployment and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial & accounting processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Configure and customize D365 F&O based on client requirements.
- Prepare and execute manual test scenarios.
- Integrate D365 F&O with external systems.
- Optimize system performance and financial workflows.
- Prepare documentation: requirements, designs, and progress reports.
- Deliver user training and provide post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and monitor solution effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience implementing or supporting financial systems, ideally D365 F&O.
- Strong experience in system integration and financial process optimization.
- Expert knowledge of D365 finance modules (GL, AP, AR, multi-company setups).
- Ability to configure, personalize, and design efficient financial processes.
- Knowledge of logistics or master planning modules is a plus.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience in project planning, Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- English B2+; additional languages, certifications, SAP integration knowledge, e-commerce rules, or KSeF knowledge are advantages.
