responsibilities :
Analyze financial data to support accurate CAPEX and OPEX budgeting and forecasting
Support in Tribe coordination issues, ensuring streamlined communication and project delivery
Develop and present insightful dashboards and reports using PowerBI and MS Excel
Facilitate data presentation to key stakeholders, translating complex data into clear visual insights
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams at the unit level
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to budget management processes
Manage project documentation and ensure data accuracy within global standards
Assist in the optimization of financial data workflows and reporting tools
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, finance, or related fields
Proficiency in PowerBI, MS Excel, and data visualization tools
Strong command of English (minimum B2 level) and Polish language skills
Ability to coordinate multi-level issues within organizational units
Knowledge of budget management, financial analytics, or similar domains
