Job Description:

This year we are celebrating 100 years of Ecolab. Our Kraków Centre of Excellence was opened in 2011 and is expanding the scope and diversity of roles. We are looking for talented people who will join us and have a real impact on the business. We offer positions in FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Supply Chain Finance. Our business consists of different divisions and each of them has their own team who supports from the finance perspective. Thanks to this, we are able to provide our employees constant development with different businesses and finance perspectives.

What You Will Do:

1. Coordination of monthly performance management cycle, business forecast, actual analysis, and reporting activities for Europe.
2. Communication across business partners, incl. Ecolab divisions, market representatives, Supply Chain and US headquarters on various business matters.
3. On-time and seamless forecast and plan data submission to the corporate management systems.
4. Timely preparation of presentation materials to support Sr. Leadership in business planning, strategic review meetings, and monthly financial reviews.
5. Develop or/and improve management reports to support better business decisions. Be a system and management reporting expert for Europe finance stakeholders.
6. Provide financial support in the areas of deal analysis and contract negotiation, pro forma P&Ls, profit management, pricing strategy and execution, contract management, rebate analysis, capital investment, etc.
7. Provide financial support in the areas of product pricing and margin analysis, margin improvement initiatives, P&L analysis and support, portfolio strategy and analysis, equipment management, profit improvement, and other strategic business initiatives.
8. Deliver various ad hoc analyses and support planning activities.

What You Will Need:

1. 4+ years relevant work experience in controlling, forecasting, planning, and financial management reporting in a multinational company.
2. Good knowledge of financial processes in industry and business understanding behind the financial numbers.
3. Master’s degree in finance/Accounting. If undergraduate studies are not in finance, an accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA) in progress or completed preferred.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to organize and synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful analysis.
5. Excellent Excel modeling skills.
6. A self-motivated and high-energy individual that thrives in an environment characterized by growth, change, and opportunity.
7. Team player attitude, ability to adapt to complex situations.
8. English fluency mandatory and strong communication skills.
