The EMEA Senior FP&A Analyst will play a vital role in supporting strategic planning, annual budgeting, forecasting processes, and monthly performance reviews. Additionally, this role will contribute to high-value business analytics and the development of senior management presentations for the dynamic and growing EMEA region. Interacting closely with in-country finance teams and business partners, the Senior FP&A Analyst serves as a key liaison between the EMEA FP&A Center of Expertise (CoE) leadership team and in-country stakeholders.

YOU WILL

  • Coordinate closely with in-country business partners and finance teams to review projections, budgets, and historical results.
  • Update process flows, operating manuals, training guides, and standard operating procedures. Load budget and forecast adjustments into the system.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly reports, forecasts, and the annual budget/strategic plan preparation.
  • Coordinate escalation and identification of issues, advising Finance leadership of potential business and/or operational risks.
  • Support the delivery of comprehensive monthly reporting packages for management, including monthly reviews of budget vs. actual results and variances with P&L/cost center owners.
  • Perform strategic ad hoc reporting and financial analysis to assess business performance and facilitate decision-making and business support.
  • Support Finance leadership with process improvement, policy development, and/or strategic initiatives (e.g., business systems, processes, and/or policies).
  • Liaise with the FP&A Global Delivery Center (GDC) and other cross-functional leads to support the creation of budgets, forecasts, and management reports while ensuring compliance with all quality/control requirements.

YOU NEED

  • Expertise: Strong technical and financial knowledge, with a good understanding of internal control requirements and accounting principles.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with familiarity in accounting, financial analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.
  • Experience: Finance professional with 5+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and reporting.
  • Technical Proficiency: Excellent financial modeling skills preferred. Experience in statistical modeling techniques is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
  • Technical Tools: Experience in JD Edwards (JDE), Hyperion Planning, Cognos, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent customer communication skills with high proficiency in speaking and writing in English. Proficiency in another language is a plus.
