We are looking exclusively for a Senior Financial Analyst on behalf of our client, a highly regarded multi-national organisation and a market leader in its field.

The business is currently looking to recruit a self-assured and driven Senior Financial Analyst to be based in Warsaw.

In what is a broad and varied brief, the key responsibilities will include:

• Producing monthly reports summarizing financial and operational results
• Participating in the financial planning process
• Preparation of customer profitability report
• Performing monthly closing and results analysis for all revenue and cost-related data
• Working closely with business stakeholders to explain the impact of commercial actions, help identify sales trends and maximize commercial performance
• Perform analysis of marketing initiatives, the budget spent and return on investment
• Reviewing, analyzing and interpreting financial results with business managers
• Advising the managers on financial implications of business decisions
• Participate in preparation of periodic management presentation

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance/Accounting or similar discipline
• 3-4 years of demonstrable Finance experience gained from Big 4, FMCG or pharma sector
• Experience in analysis and planning
• Strong attention to detail combined with ability to see the bigger picture
• Driven and open personality
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Fluency in English
