What we expect

  • experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a multinational company, with exposure to both financial and commercial disciplines.
  • analytical Skills: proven experience in data analysis and a strong understanding of financial processes within a broader business context. Experience supporting sales organizations in deal management and pricing is preferred.
  • a self-motivated and high-energy individual who thrives in a dynamic environment characterized by growth, change, and opportunity.
  • problem-solving abilities: strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful and actionable insights.

  • education: a masters degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
  • language skills: fluency in English and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • technical skills: excellent MS Excel modeling skills.

Your tasks

  • business partnership: act as a key business partner to sales managers, key account managers, and division leaders, providing financial insights to support their strategic decisions.
  • deals management: provide comprehensive support in deal analysis, including pro forma P&L development, profit management, pricing strategy formulation, incentive analysis, and capital investment evaluations. Ensure contract management aligns with commercial proposals and renewals for legal coverage.
  • pricing strategy: support the preparation, strategy development, and execution of pricing plans. Proactively identify pricing opportunities and provide business partners with relevant data and insightful analysis.
  • analytics & decision support: conduct in-depth profitability analyses and drive margin improvement projects. Deliver various analyses to key business partners to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • active stakeholder in planning: play a vital role in planning activities and other ad-hoc projects.
  • finance team collaboration: coordinate effectively with other members of the finance team to streamline processes and ensure efficiency.
