Responsibilities

Month-End & Reporting

• Prepare files and lead review calls with project, delivery, and ops managers
• Perform payroll reconciliation and balance sheet reviews
• Finalize Flash reports (Mid, Pre, Final)

Forecasting & Analysis

• Update monthly forecasts for revenue and cost
• Analyse variances and align with stakeholders
• Support Axiom-based reporting and forecasting

Operational Finance

• Allocate costs and manage recharges
• Discuss debtors, WIP, and accruals with PMs and business units
• Deliver MPR packs and working capital reports
• Conduct P&L analysis and closed PC sweeps

Workforce Metrics

• Report on headcount, attrition, and vacancies

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience in finance, FP&A, or similar roles, with the ability to independently manage complex financial processes
• Readiness to work with US clients including potential night shifts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, including leading review calls
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems (e.g., Axiom, ERP platforms)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and month-end processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with workforce metrics is a plus
