For our Client, one of the most stable SSC in the market, we are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A/ Commercial Finance).

What we expect

• min.3 years relevant work experience in controlling, forecasting, planning or financial management reporting in a multinational company
• university degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting or business management,
• strong analytical skills and ability to identify key business issues and propose solutions
• strong Excel skills,
• min. B2+/ C1 level of English
• a self-motivated and high energy individual that thrives in an environment of empowerment.

Your tasks

FP&A/ Commercial Finance:

• coordination of monthly performance management cycle, business forecast, business planning, actuals analysis and reporting activities,
• provide financial support in the areas of deal analysis, contract negotiation, pro forma P&L’s, profitability management, incentives modelling - commercial finance,
• pricing strategy support, coordination on execution and reporting - commercial finance,
• communication across business partners and antoher teams,
• partner with Divisional Managers and their direct reports in controlling,
• supervising accounting/month-end close process via actuals analysis and control, forecast and plan data submission to the corporate systems,
• develop or/and improve management reports,
• proactively seek and implement process improvement initiatives.
