For our Client, one of the most stable SSC in the market, we are looking for a Candidate for the position of Senior Financial Analyst (Lease Accounting).

What we expect

• at least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, GBS or business decisions support
• university degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting or business management,
• english fluency,
• strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• strong analytical skills and project management skills,
• strong attention to detail and proven ability to work independently,
• experience and strong technical skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), SAP Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Blackline, and CoStar,
• possess a high level of integrity,
• experience working under time constraints, balancing multiple deliverables and priorities and ability to meet deadlines.

Your tasks

• coordination, consolidation, and build out of Global Facilities P&L data including defining a repeatable data refresh process,
• maintain a strong control environment and data/system integrity,
• communication across business partners, markets, supply chain, and functions,
• provide financial support for function deliverables that may support month-end close, forecast, or the annual plan process,
• perform ad-hoc financial analysis or special projects,
• build processes and cooperate in a global environment.
