As a FP&A Senior Finance Analyst in our FP&A Manufacturing team, you’ll be at the heart of Avon’s supply chain and production operations. You’ll work closely with plant and supply chain teams to provide financial insights that drive smarter decisions and improve cost efficiency. Your role will be key in shaping budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews, while supporting strategic initiatives and continuous improvement across our manufacturing footprint.
What you’ll be working on:
- Preparing and reviewing budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reports
- Leading financial reviews with plant and supply chain teams
- Supporting business cases for capital investments and productivity projects
- Monitoring inventory and working capital to improve cash efficiency
- Enhancing FP&A processes through automation and better data
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams including operations, marketing, packaging, and corporate finance
- Analyzing manufacturing cost structures and providing actionable recommendations
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or finance, ideally in manufacturing or supply chain
- Strong analytical skills and experience with business case development (NPV, ROI, IRR)
- Solid understanding of cost structures and financial modeling
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle EPM is a plus)
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non‑finance stakeholders
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement and simplification
- The candidate must be located in Poland and able to communicate effectively in both Polish and English
