Talent Acquisition Specialist w LKQ Europe
The European Senior Finance Analyst takes responsibility for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) throughout the Emotive Trade business, including OPTIMAL, ERA, MPM, and Emotive GmbH.
Acting as a business partner for the European Senior Finance Manager and local finance senior management, this role provides detailed analyses and insights to support decision‑making and drive opportunities for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial support and insights for the Emotive Trade portfolio across Europe.
- Support strategic priorities through modeling, scenario planning, and risk/opportunity assessments.
- Influence business decisions via analysis of financial performance and plans.
- Identify actions to capture opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting, including deep dives into revenue, cost base, and financial risks.
- Monitor financial health and take corrective actions as needed.
- Support monthly reviews, annual budgets, and central reporting.
- Deliver insightful commentary, presentations, and ad hoc analysis.
Skills and Experience needed
- Educated to degree level in finance or accounting
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in finance, specifically related to accounting, statutory reporting and internal control
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage colleagues across all levels
- Skilled at translating complex financial insights into clear recommendations
- Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken.
