About Our Client

Our client is an international company that is a leader in their field. We are looking for finance professionals to join their SSC structure in Kraków.

Job Description

  1. Support and coordinate reporting and analysis processes for plans, forecasts, monthly performance, month-end closings, and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making;
  2. Collaborate with Supply Chain and Business Units teams to analyse financial performance and track key metrics effectively;
  3. Validate and monitor savings initiatives, providing strategic financial advice to drive continuous improvement;
  4. Support forecast and planning activities by partnering with SC Finance teams to enhance processes and align goals;
  5. Offer strategic financial insights to supply chain leadership on significant projects, investments, and operational strategies;
  6. Mentor and develop junior team members, including interns, by building their capabilities and fostering growth.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Bachelors degree in accounting or finance, with a solid foundation in financial principles;
  2. Over 5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating expertise in similar roles;
  3. Fluency in English (C1 level), both written and verbal; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus;
  4. Excel in numerical and analytical skills, a high level of attention to detail;
  5. Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for effective reporting and analysis;
  6. Exhibit strong project management skills with agility and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork;
  7. Initiative and ownership, confidently leading projects and tasks within your scope;
  8. Communicate and present effectively, delivering clear and impactful messages.
