- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., Certified Accountant) is an advantage.
- Several years of accounting experience, ideally in a Shared Service Center environment.
- Good knowledge of IFRS and solid understanding of general ledger processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Fluent in English; German or other European languages are a plus.
