Responsibilities

• Responsible for accounting operations in GL area according to US GAAP
• Reconciles balance accounts
• Prepares and posts journal entries
• Calculates and books accruals & prepaids
• Responsible for fixed assets accounting
• Identifies and solves common cross‑process issues (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury)
• Prepares financial statements according to US GAAP
• Supports internal & external audit
• Recommends and implements process improvement ideas

Desired Skills & Experience

• 2‑to‑5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong SAP skills in modules FI and AA
• Previous experience in general ledger
• In‑depth knowledge of US GAAP
• English and Italian at very good level (C1)
• Excellent user knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Good problem‑solving skills and cooperation attitude
• Ability to work within tight operational deadlines and priorities
• High degree of proactiveness and self‑reliance
• Experience working in a worldwide acting affiliated group
