* A candidate with a minimum of 5 years experience in a change role, including at least 3 years as a Finance Change Project Manager managing projects with budgets ranging from £1-3 million.* The ability to work efficiently under pressure, demonstrating resilience and a willingness to explore new working methods and solutions to motivate the project team and achieve desired outcomes.* Experience in financial projects (ideally including accounting processes).* A strong foundation in project management skills, including agile methodologies, covering all phases from discovery to benefits realisation.
