We are on the lookout for a talented and seasoned Senior Finance Controller to become an integral part of our clients dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting, playing a crucial part in safeguarding the organization’s financial health. Position: SENIOR FINANCE CONTROLLER

Location: Warsaw, Marki

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the FMCG division
2. Analyze financial performance and provide insightful recommendations to management to drive business growth and profitability
3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
4. Develop and implement effective financial control systems and procedures
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and projects
6. Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
7. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
8. Conduct financial analysis on sales performance, cost structures, and profitability metrics

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance management or control, preferably within the FMCG industry
3. Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions
4. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Proficient in financial modeling and ERP systems
7. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
8. Proven leadership capabilities and experience in managing a team
