Job Description

1. Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting
   1. Lead the financial budgeting process and provide real-time forecasting.
   2. Deliver accurate management reports with detailed variance analysis to monitor business performance and areas for improvement.
2. Finance Business Partnering
   1. Partner with business leaders, offering financial insights to support key decisions.
   2. Analyze and challenge revenue and cost assumptions to enhance operational and financial outcomes.
3. Commercial Finance & Business Development
   1. Support business growth with financial modeling, pricing, and commercial analysis for new accounts.
   2. Advise on financial aspects of opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
   3. Provide actionable financial analysis to guide strategic and operational decisions.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in finance, controlling, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience working in global companies.
• Advanced Excel skills, experience with Power BI, and proficiency in financial modeling and reporting.
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and verbal) is required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to connect financial data with business strategy and provide relevant insights.
• Ability to identify areas for process improvement and drive changes.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A relevant professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) is a plus.
