In this position, you will support and manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. You will play an important role in supporting business activities in Poland while contributing to efficient and compliant financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review daily accounting transactions in line with internal procedures and applicable accounting standards.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) inquiries and escalations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support monthly and annual financial closing processes, including the preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Work closely with the reporting team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial information.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of accounting processes, including initiatives related to the implementation of KSeF.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager.

Your Profile

• At least 3years of professional experience in accounting, financial reporting, or financial analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS.
• Proven ability to independently manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Solid finance background with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong end-to-end process knowledge in accounting
• Experience in designing and implementing improvements within finance processes, with a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on delivering tangible process benefits.
