ManTech is seeking a skilled, professional and service-oriented Senior Field Service Representative to join our vehicle sustainment team. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Agriculture Cleaning and African Swine Fever Sanitization (ACAS) program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Maintenance support which includes operations, system troubleshooting, engineering, design, installation, analysis, maintenance and repair of U.S. systems and subsystems to component level.
  2. Effectively applies industry or military standard troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty system components.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Must obtain or already have an active Germany/E.U. Work VISA to be considered.
  2. A minimum of 12 years of experience which include 4 years working on MRAP vehicles.
  3. Proficient with a variety of hand tools, diagnostic tools, power tools, multi-meters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and welding.
  4. Demonstrated experience in the application of industry or military standard troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty system components.
  5. Prior training or maintenance experience on MRAP FOV systems.
  6. Experience in technical support of complex U.S. military ground systems.
  7. Experience with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
  9. Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  10. Ability to meet the government deployment physical requirements, if needed.
  11. Possession of a valid European or German drivers license is required (OR) the ability to obtain a valid driving license before beginning employment.

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Holding an existing German or European Work VISA is preferred.
  2. Prior training or maintenance experience on MRAP FOV systems preferable.
  3. Preferably familiar or knowledgeable with MRAP/RCV systems.
  4. Willingness to travel to hostile areas is desired.
  5. Ability to meet the government deployment physical requirements.
  6. Willingness to travel to various US or OCONUS locations.
  7. Some OCONUS deployments may be to risky hostile ("war zone") environments which earn larger bonuses.

Clearance Requirements:

Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
  2. Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
  3. Must be able to work in high noise areas.
  4. Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
  5. Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
